Today was an interesting day. The unit was up at 0500MDT again so I woke up to a message from J at 0700 our time and he wasn't feeling so hot (yay colds)... :( Thankfully he got a little better so the day was bearable. Classes got out just before noon and training was a few hours in the afternoon, and THEN..... the internet worked!!!!!!!!!!!! I got a short skype call and an IM and it was great :D Totally the perfect way to end the day. Well, GLEE season premiere followed so that was really the end to the day, but talking to J made it a whole lot better.(PS- He says hi to everyone!)
Anyway, training today consisted of rules of engagement and night operations, so nothing terribly exciting. That's about it- boring day- so I'll write more tomorrow!!!
